I’ve been on a serious Fatback binge for like 3 weeks. These guys are great. They always bring it. Just quality, happy, uplifting funky music. Makes you wanna party. Always good stuff.

Tasty Jam off Spring Records was the first Fatback record I ever owned. It’s loaded with dirty, get-down music that features the sweet electric funkiness that can only be found after the start of the 80s. A lot of people prefer raw 70s funk, but when the funk got electrified, that’s the stuff that really makes my mouth water.
