It’s Tuesday y’all, so let’s keep the track jackets coming. This funky Indonesia-themed track jacket is part of the Adidas Materials of the World collection. This collection debuted in late 2006. Here’s a description of the collection from a 2006 press release:
The collection proves adidas’ outstanding capability of mixing the authenticity of well-established adidas silhouettes with inspiration from various cultures around the world, especially their traditions when it comes to clothing, material or patterns. Each product therefore not only breathes the heritage of the adidas brand, but also tells a story about a culture, or a race and their habits. The contemporary street edge will strongly appeal to today’s style adopter.
